The ISP renewal path extends the existing provider allocation rather than intentionally buying a new proxy. Once the provider allocation has expired, retaining that exact IP can no longer be guaranteed.

Is the US Cloud Proxy residential?+
No. It is a US cloud endpoint. Choose the Dedicated Residential ISP plan when you specifically want the ISP proxy product category.
Which plan is better for MoreLogin?+
Both can work with MoreLogin. Cloud supports HTTPS and SOCKS5. For the ISP plan, SOCKS5 is the recommended MoreLogin setup.
Is the ISP proxy dedicated?+
Yes. The ISP product is provisioned as a dedicated allocation for the subscription rather than access to a rotating proxy pool.
Can I select a US city or state?+
No. Both plans are sold as United States proxy options without city/state selection. Specific ISP location depends on provider availability.
Where are my credentials delivered?+
Your connection details are available in your LogicProHub account under My Proxies after successful provisioning.
Does Residential ISP mean a physical home router?+
No. It describes the proxy product category and should not be interpreted as a claim that the exit is a physical router inside somebody's home.
