LogicProHub Terms and Conditions

1. LogicProHub Services

LogicProHub may offer services including:

• AI-assisted automation and data-processing tools.
• Public web research, extraction, crawling, lead-generation, and information-organization tools.
• Document, writing, content, code, data, and developer utilities.
• Downloadable digital products and generated outputs.
• Virtual phone numbers and telecommunications features.
• SMS messaging, voice calling, call forwarding, call history, voicemail, and related services.
• Network, cloud, proxy, and infrastructure services where offered.
• Subscriptions, metered services, and pay-per-use products.

Features may be added, modified, limited, or discontinued as the platform evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining control of your account credentials, and all activity performed through your account.

You must promptly notify LogicProHub if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

3. Automation and AI Tools

Automation and AI-assisted results may be generated using probabilistic systems, third-party services, public sources, user-provided material, or deterministic processing.

Results may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them for consequential decisions.

LogicProHub automation output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

4. Public Web Data and Extraction Tools

Some LogicProHub tools allow users to retrieve, organize, monitor, or analyze publicly accessible web information.

You must use these services lawfully. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of data complies with applicable laws, privacy rights, contractual obligations, intellectual-property rights, access restrictions, and applicable website terms.

You may not use LogicProHub to bypass authentication, defeat access controls, obtain non-public information without authorization, or collect information for unlawful harassment, fraud, identity theft, discrimination, or other prohibited activity.

5. Academic and Educational Tools

Where LogicProHub offers writing, coding, research, document, or educational assistance, those services are intended for legitimate learning, research, editing, study, reference, and productivity purposes.

Users are responsible for complying with the academic-integrity, authorship, collaboration, AI-use, citation, and submission rules of their school, university, employer, or other institution.

6. Virtual Phone Numbers and Voice Services

Virtual number services may include phone number assignment, inbound and outbound communications, SMS, call forwarding, voicemail, usage tracking, and related carrier services.

Number availability is not guaranteed. Telephone numbers may be subject to telecommunications provider requirements, identity verification, messaging registration, acceptable-use rules, geographic restrictions, and regulatory requirements.

LogicProHub may suspend or restrict a number where reasonably necessary for carrier compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, unpaid service, legal requirements, or protection of the telecommunications network.

Emergency services

Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise, LogicProHub virtual numbers are not a replacement for a traditional telephone service and should not be relied upon for emergency calling, including 911 or equivalent emergency services.

8. SMS Consent and Opt-Out

Where LogicProHub initiates SMS customer-care or account-notification messages, we require an appropriate form of consent unless the applicable messaging rules permit a response based on a consumer-initiated conversation.

SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these general Terms and is not preselected or required as a condition of purchasing other LogicProHub services.

9. Number Porting

Where number porting is available, you represent that you are authorized to request the transfer of the telephone number.

You are responsible for providing accurate account-holder, service-address, account-number, PIN, authorization, and other carrier-required information.

Do not cancel service with the losing carrier until a port has successfully completed unless specifically instructed otherwise by the carrier.

Porting dates are estimates and may depend on the losing carrier, regulatory requirements, number type, documentation, and other factors outside LogicProHub’s control.

10. Network, Proxy and Infrastructure Services

Where LogicProHub provides network, proxy, or cloud infrastructure services, you must use those services only for lawful and authorized activity.

You may not use such services for unauthorized system access, credential attacks, malware, fraud, spam, harassment, denial-of-service activity, illegal interception, infringement, or attempts to conceal unlawful activity.

11. Fees, Billing and Subscriptions

Prices, included usage, subscription periods, renewal terms, usage allowances, and applicable fees are displayed with the relevant product or checkout process.

Where a service is described as recurring, you authorize applicable recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled, expires, or is otherwise terminated according to the product terms.

Telecommunications usage, carrier charges, registration fees, taxes, payment-processing charges, or overage charges may apply where disclosed.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product, whether a digital result or service has already been delivered, carrier charges already incurred, usage already consumed, and the refund or cancellation terms presented for the applicable product.

Certain carrier, telecommunications, registration, number purchase, porting, or third-party charges may be non-refundable once incurred.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use LogicProHub to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud, deception, identity theft, phishing, impersonation, or financial crime.
• Send unlawful, unsolicited, abusive, or deceptive communications.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit another person.
• Distribute malware or malicious code.
• Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or information.
• Violate privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, telecommunications, or consumer-protection laws.
• Circumvent carrier registration, anti-spam, identity verification, rate limits, or platform security controls.
• Use telephone numbers or messaging services for spoofing, robocalling, spam, scams, or misleading caller identity.
• Use automated tools in violation of applicable law or without necessary authorization.

14. User Inputs and Content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in materials you provide to LogicProHub.

You grant LogicProHub and its service providers the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, transform, analyze, or otherwise handle those materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the material and request the applicable processing.

15. LogicProHub Intellectual Property

LogicProHub software, branding, interfaces, designs, proprietary workflows, documentation, and platform technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell, misrepresent ownership of, or commercially exploit proprietary LogicProHub platform components.

16. Third-Party Services

LogicProHub relies on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, cloud hosting, telecommunications, messaging, artificial-intelligence processing, security, email, and other infrastructure.

Use of certain features may therefore be subject to third-party network availability and provider-specific requirements.

17. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, carrier outages, third-party failures, regulatory actions, security incidents, or other circumstances may temporarily affect service.

18. Suspension and Termination

LogicProHub may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, carrier action, legal requirements, violation of these Terms, or conduct that creates material risk to LogicProHub, its users, providers, or networks.

19. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LogicProHub services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Automated outputs, public-web data, AI-generated content, carrier data, and third-party information may not always be complete, current, or error free.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LogicProHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as products, carrier rules, laws, security requirements, or business operations change.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
