1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to information processed through LogicProHub websites, customer accounts, WooCommerce checkout, automation tools, APIs, virtual phone number products, SMS and voice features, voicemail services, customer-support channels, and related online services.

A particular product may display additional privacy information where its processing differs from the general practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

When you register, purchase a product, contact us, or use account-based features, we may process information such as your name, username, email address, phone number, billing information, business information, order history, subscription status, and customer-support communications.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. LogicProHub may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing details, and limited payment metadata required to complete, support, refund, reconcile, or investigate a transaction. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers where a payment processor handles those details directly.

Automation and AI tool data

When you use an automation or AI-assisted tool, we may process the instructions, text, documents, URLs, source code, configuration data, search parameters, public web targets, uploaded files, and other inputs that you provide, together with the results generated by the service.

Depending on the tool, results may include structured data, reports, extracted public information, rewritten content, code-related outputs, downloadable files, summaries, analysis, or other automated results.

Some LogicProHub tools help users collect, organize, analyze, or transform information available from publicly accessible websites or other sources selected by the user.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of these tools and resulting data complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, website terms, intellectual-property rights, and privacy requirements.

Virtual number, SMS, voice and voicemail data

If you use LogicProHub virtual phone number services, we may process telephone numbers, caller and recipient numbers, SMS message content, message status, timestamps, message-segment usage, call direction, call status, call duration, routing information, forwarding destinations, voicemail preferences, voicemail audio, carrier identifiers, and related telecommunications metadata.

Where voicemail recording is enabled by the user, recorded voicemail audio may be stored so that the authorized account holder can access the message.

Device, security and technical information

We may automatically process information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, requested URLs, device information, authentication events, security events, application logs, API activity, error records, and similar technical information.

Cookies and similar technologies

LogicProHub and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, shopping-cart functionality, customer sessions, security, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and website operation.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

4. SMS Privacy and Consent

LogicProHub SMS program

Users may voluntarily consent to receive customer-care and account-notification SMS messages from Ankitcodinghub / LogicProHub.

SMS consent is optional, is specific to text messages, and is not a condition of purchasing a LogicProHub product.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions for LogicProHub, including:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Telecommunications and messaging carriers.
• Payment processors and financial-service providers.
• Email, customer-support, monitoring, security, and fraud-prevention providers.
• AI or data-processing service providers used to perform a feature requested by a user.
• Professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

These providers may receive only the information reasonably necessary for the applicable service.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, carrier requirements, protect users, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, and security of LogicProHub or others.

As stated above, SMS opt-in data and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

6. AI and Automated Processing

Some services use automated systems or third-party artificial-intelligence technology to process user instructions and generate results.

Automated results may contain errors or incomplete information. Users should review important outputs before relying upon them.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information to an automation tool unless the applicable product expressly supports that type of information and you are legally permitted to provide it.

7. Telecommunications and Carrier Processing

Virtual number, SMS, voice, voicemail, and number porting services depend on telecommunications providers and carriers. Information necessary to route communications, establish service, prevent fraud, comply with telecommunications rules, or complete number registration or porting may be processed by those providers.

Carrier registration procedures may require identity, business, messaging-use-case, consent-flow, or other compliance information.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide an active service, maintain transaction and consent records, comply with legal or carrier requirements, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by data category and service. For example, transaction records, telecommunications metadata, SMS consent records, security records, and voicemail files may have different retention periods.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable retention obligations.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for notifying us if they suspect unauthorized account access.
